Dear TPS Attendees,

As you know, it is now a requirement for TMB licensure renewal for physicians to be fingerprinted (https://www.tmb.state.tx.us/page/renewals-physicians).

Texas Pain Society has arranged for onsite finger printing services for up to 50 physicians through the only approved vendor with our state, IdentoGo by IDEMIA.

Your cost will be the same as if you were to go into an IdentoGo by IDEMIA office ($40.75 plus credit card service fee of 2.1%).

TPS took the courtesy, as a membership benefit, to underwrite the mobile cost for this service to be brought to you so that you can conveniently attend the TPS meeting and fulfill your TMB licensure renewal requirements.

You are required to pre-enroll or register prior to being processed on Saturday, October 26th. Please use these instructions for Pre-Enrollment:

1. You can pre-enroll at UEnroll.identogo.com. 
2. Applicant must enter the necessary Service Code 11G62J to begin the pre-enrollment.
3. Complete all required fields.
4. Enter your Special Access Code SP-TXPS1024on the Location selection screen in the ‘Search for an Enrollment Center by Postal Code, City and State, or Airport Code’ field. (Please type the SP Code into the field. Do not cut and paste as it will not populate the site for you)
5. You must complete the pre-enrollment process and record your UEID (Universal Enrollment Identification number). Your UEID will assist at the workstation to retrieve the pre-enrollment.
