Your Safety is #1

TPS is committed to the health and safety of our members, attendees, vendors, and patients. The TPS Scientific Conference is planning to proceed safely in person. We will continue to follow relevant guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the local health authority. We will adhere to government-issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the San Antonio region and notify attendees of any relevant information prior to their arrival.

Here's how we're protecting you

  • Automatic temperature checks to enter the event areas

  • How the venue is keeping us safe: Hyatt Regency Riverwalk San Antonio
From the Hotel: As we continue to monitor COVID-19 cases in our local area, we want to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and guests is our greatest priority.  As COVID-19 cases continue to rise; and, in an abundance of caution, we will continue our mask mandate for all colleagues and vendors regardless of vaccination status.  Daily temperature checks and wellness questions are asked upon entry into the hotel.  We currently do not have any state or government restrictions as it pertains to meetings and events in San Antonio.  We will continue to provide options for all of our groups based on their level of comfort and preference (see above link for Corporate Global Care and Cleanliness Guide).
