Booth locations are assigned after September 1st. TPS reserves the right to adjust the layout or limit the space allotted to each Exhibitor, postpone the exhibition, or transfer it to another site if unforeseen circumstances warrant such action.
PAYMENT TERMS Exhibitors must submit contract online and abide by payment terms below: • Prior to September 19, 2025 must submit a 50% deposit with its contract, with the balance paid by October 1. • After September 19, 2025, exhibitors must submit full payment at the time of contract submission. No refunds. • Full refunds, less a 25% processing fee will be granted if requested in writing and postmarked on or before September 19, 2025 No exceptions to this policy will be made.
