3rd Interdisciplinary Pain and Opioid Crisis VIRTUAL Seminar
April 23-24, 2021

The webcast/live stream of the two-day 3rd Interdisciplinary Pain and Opioid Crisis Seminar will begin on Friday, April 23, 2021, with Opening Remarks at 7:45 am and will adjourn for the day at 5:30 p.m. The seminar will reconvene on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 8:10 am and adjourn at 1:00 p.m. This option includes a live stream of the Course as it is taking place (start to finish), plus you will have online access to the PowerPoint Slides, and Video Recordings of presentations. TARGET AUDIENCE

This program will be of interest to all health care providers including those who prescribe opioids (medical oncologists, pain and palliative care physicians, emergency room physicians, primary care physicians, advanced practice providers), administer opioids (nurses, pharmacists), or are involved with patients on opioids (psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, case managers, and clinical leaders). It will also be relevant to other stakeholders includ­ing policymakers.

Maintenance of Certification
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 12.75 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Participant completion data will be shared with and transmitted to the ACCME on the participant’s behalf.

In order to receive MOC points, you must pass the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
